I really wanted this to work out, but it just didn’t feel worth it to me. Maybe other people had a better experience, but I felt like I was the one who ended up disappointed and out of luck. I wouldn’t feel comfortable telling someone else to use them

Booked my tickets on edintattoo.co.uk and, i was half expecting something to go wrong because I’m always a bit suspicious with online ticket sites. But it was actually straightforward. The site loaded fine, picking the date and seats was easy, and the payment went through without any drama. I got the confirmation email almost right away too, which definitely made me feel better. No issues in the end, so I’d use it again.

The staff were really friendly and answered my questions, which I appreciated. That said, the whole experience felt a little slow and not very organized. Maybe I’m being too picky, but it just didn’t really stand out to me. Not a bad experience, just kind of average overall.

It’s refreshing to deal with a shop that doesn’t make returns awkward

I used edintattoo.co.uk to check the programme before we went, and it made the whole evening feel a lot less rushed. The times and show details were easy to understand, so we had a good idea of what to expect before we got there. The Tattoo itself was brilliant, so much going on, and the atmosphere was something else. I still remember that feeling when everything started and the crowd got swept up in it. Definitely one of those nights that sticks with you. I’d happily go again...

I was just there recently, so maybe it’s still fresh in my mind, but the vibe inside really didn’t do it for me. It felt kind of cold, and the music was louder than I expected, which made it hard to actually relax before my appointment.
The place looked clean enough, so no issue there, but the overall atmosphere felt rushed and not especially welcoming. Could’ve just been an off day, but based on that visit, I wouldn’t say it was the most comfortable spot

There really wasn’t much available for food or drinks when I visited, which made waiting around feel a little awkward. I ended up leaving to grab a coffee and a snack elsewhere. I guess it’s fine if you’re only there briefly, but if you’re stuck there for a while, it’s not ideal...

The seats did have a really nice view, so that was great. They just started feeling cramped after a while, which I guess is fine if you’re not planning on moving or having personal space.

I went in super nervous for my first tattoo, like fully expecting some intimidating secret tattoo underworld situation, but honestly? It was weirdly chill. The artist actually listened to my messy little idea and somehow turned it into something clean, which makes me think they either have serious talent or some kind of mind-reading device in the back. Nobody rushed me, the vibe was relaxed, and the healing advice was simple enough that even my overthinking brain could handle it. I left smiling and already thinking about going back.

The chair was comfortable enough for what I needed. Nothing overly fancy, but it did the job nicely. Cheers!

The kids felt really comfortable the whole time, which makes such a difference. The staff were lovely too—super friendly and easy to talk to. Always a relief when things go smoothly with kids in tow!

I stopped in on a super rainy day, and they seemed ready for it. They had mats by the door, so the place wasn’t all messy or slippery inside like you’d expect. The staff were relaxed and gave me a few minutes to dry off before getting started, which I appreciated. I probably waited maybe 10 minutes longer than I thought I would, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, a good experience.

The studio itself was ok, but getting there was more annoying than I expected. The buses weren’t really that handy, so I ended up walking way longer than planned in the rain, which was literally not ideal. Parking was the biggest issue though — I couldn’t find a spot close by and ended up paying more than I thought I would. It’s kind of put me off booking again unless I can get dropped off next time

I wanted to ask a few things before I booked, but the replies took ages to come through. And when they did answer, it felt kind of rushed, like busy they probably were, but still. The information I got wasn’t really that clear either, so the whole thing was a bit frustrating. Not the worst experience, just not great customer service.

The loo was nice and clean, which I really appreciated. It made the visit feel comfortable and pleasant. Just a small note, it could do with a bit more soap available.

They helped me with my access questions really quick, quick, and the whole booking process felt super easy. it was just simple and stress-free.
